Huanda Shop (huanda.shop) is an online product-discovery store operated from Ningbo, Zhejiang, China. By using this website you agree to these terms.

Huanda Shop sells by inquiry, not by instant online checkout. Prices shown on product pages are indicative selling prices. When you send an inquiry by email or WhatsApp, we confirm current availability, the final price and the shipping cost to your address, and only then is an order placed and paid for by the method agreed in that correspondence.

An order is binding only once we have confirmed it in writing (email or WhatsApp) and you have accepted the confirmed price and shipping terms.

Prices are shown in the currency stated on each product page (USD or GBP). Final pricing — including any shipping charges — is confirmed in writing before payment.

Products ship from our warehouse in Ningbo, China, or directly from vetted supplier partners. Delivery estimates are provided with your order confirmation; actual delivery times can vary with destination and customs processing.

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from its description, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos and your order details. Approved returns are refunded via the original payment method. Product-specific return terms, where they exist, are shown on the product page.

We work hard to keep product descriptions, images and specifications accurate, but minor differences between photos and the delivered item can occur. If a difference is material, the returns policy above applies.

You agree not to misuse this website: no scraping at abusive rates, no attempting to breach security, and no use of site content in violation of applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Huanda Shop is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to inquiries made while it is in force.
