The catalogue is intentionally selective — what you see here is the shortlist, not the warehouse.

Questions about an order, a product, or a return? Email us at support@huanda.shop and include your order confirmation email if you have one. We reply within 1–2 business days.

Each product page lists its specific shipping expectations. Because our finds ship directly from vetted suppliers, delivery times vary per product and are shown before you pay.

You will receive a confirmation email after checkout, and tracking information as soon as your order ships.

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from its description, contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@huanda.shop with photos and your order details.

Product-specific return information is listed on each product page. Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method.

Do I need an account to buy? No — checkout works entirely as a guest. An account only adds convenience like order history.

Where do products ship from? Products ship directly from our supplier partners; the expected delivery window is shown on each product page.

How do you choose products? Every product must be interesting at first glance, understandable in seconds, and worth its price after shipping and fees.

We collect only the information needed to fulfil your order: your email, shipping address, and payment confirmation. Payment details are processed by Stripe and never touch our servers.

We use privacy-respecting, first-party analytics to understand which products people discover and buy. We do not sell personal data.

Huanda Shop is operated from huanda.shop. By purchasing you agree to the product-specific shipping and return terms shown at the point of sale.

Prices are shown in the currency stated on each product page and charged at checkout via Stripe. Orders may be cancelled and refunded in full at any time before shipment.
